Preparation Hygiene Essentials

Before starting, ensure all prep surfaces, utensils, and baby bowls are thoroughly sanitized. Young infant immune systems are developing, making food hygiene paramount.

Step-by-Step Cooking Guide (Stovetop Method)

Follow this 5-minute stovetop method for ideal lump-free consistency:

Step 1: Cold Slurry Mix

Measure 3 level tablespoons of RYMS Cereal into a small bowl. Add 1/3 cup of cool clean water and stir until smooth and completely dissolved into a slurry.

Step 2: Boiling Water Addition

Bring 2/3 cup of water to a rolling boil in a small saucepan.

Step 3: Combine & Simmer

Slowly pour the cold slurry into the boiling water while continuous stirring with a wooden spoon or whisk. Turn heat to low and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened and smooth.

Step 4: Temperature Check

Remove from heat. Allow to cool down to body temperature (36C37C36^\circ\text{C} - 37^\circ\text{C}). Always test the heat on the inner side of your wrist before feeding your baby.

Best Storage Practices

To preserve maximum freshness and protect bioactive nutrients:

  • Airtight Container: Store open cereal packs in clean, airtight glass or BPA-free containers.
  • Cool & Dry Location: Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and stove heat.
  • Use Within 4 Weeks: Consume within 30 days of opening for peak nutritional value.
